Consultancy Services to Select and Follow Up the Green Entrepreneur’s Projects   

The Agricultural Development Association announces a price offer for Consultancy Services to Select and Follow Up the Green Entrepreneur’s Projects that will be implemented in two pilot farms located in BeitLahia and KhanYounis within the project of “Developing and upgrading of two agricultural farms for enhancing the resilience of the Gaza strip population”, funded by German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through GIZ.

Conditions for bidding:

1. The applicant must have previous experience in similar works.
2. Prices must be in Euros, including VAT, and a certificate of source deduction must be presented.
3. Interested in the offer, receive a copy of the terms of reference from the headquarters from the date Tuesday 12/01/2021 until Sunday, 24 Jan 2021 beforeز
4. Pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Thursday, 21 Jan 2021 at 11:00 AM. at PARC office.
5. The deadline for submitting the completed offers by the applicants is no later than Monday,               25 /01/2021, at twelve noon at the Agricultural Development Association (Zaytoun - Gaza).
6. The price offers Committee is not bound by the lowest prices and without stating the reasons.
7. The committee has the right to postpone the offers, extend it, return it, cancel it or divide it without giving reasons and without any given compensation to the offers.
8. Fees for advertising and re-advertisement in electronic sites are paid by the awarded bidder.
