PROCURMENT OF service provider for side engineering SUPERVISION FARMER MARKET in Ramallah 

activities- RFP# PTC-024-07-2020

The supervision contract for the proposed building of “Farmers Shop” between the two parties shall be presented to Engineers Syndicate and the Municipality of Al-Bireh and for all the competent authorities so that the supervision office will be responsible for the project and for all official authorities and according to the applicable laws, and he must issue casting permits from the Syndicate of Engineers and the Municipality of Al-Bireh without claiming any additional fees and according to the local rules and regulations.

 General terms and Conditions 

Your Technical and financial offers (one for technical and one for financial) should be should be addressed and submitted to Palestine Trade Canter – Al Balou Street, Mall of Palestine Bldg. 5th floor in sealed envelopes no later than July 16, 2020 at 02:00 PM as maximum. 

The winner will bear the cost for the local newspaper ad.

The offer should remain valid for a period no less than 60 days after the deadline date specified for submission.

Offer should be sent by completing the price schedule in Annex 1 in page 7.

The rates quoted should be fixed for the duration of the contract and should not be subject to adjustment on any account, unless to offer a deduction to the rates. 

Prices should be in USD and Include VAT. 

Payment will be issued within 30 days from the date of the issue of the invoice and upon acceptable of the deliverables.

PalTrade will award the contract to the bidder whose offer has been determined to be responsive to requests.

PalTrade has the right to cancel or reissue the RFP for unforeseen circumstances.
