Needed Background for Media and Taxi Campaigns

• Experience for at least 3 years in designing and leading info graphic social media campaign and Taxi campaigns.
• Company must reflect at least 3 years of experience in video shooting and production.
• Previous experience in working and producing videos for NGO’s.
• Ability to add English subtitles to the videos.
• Ability to implement graphic design for high resolution videos.
• Advanced communication skills.

Duties for Taxi campaign:

• Produce and edit videos (all-inclusive of editing, music, graphics, subtitles, after getting the comments and feedbacks from the Operations team). 
• Ensure pre- production filming and postproduction at the highest quality.
• Follow up with the taxi to implement the campaign.
• Produce two short videos from (7-10) minutes each out the raw footage that was taken inside and outside the taxi.
• Provide English subtitles to the videos.
• Troubleshoot technical problems if any.

Duties for Infographic social media campaign:

• Produce five Info-Graphic videos from 2 to 3 minutes each.
• Produce and edit videos (all-inclusive of editing, music, graphics, subtitles, after getting the comments and feedbacks from the Operations team). 
• Follow up and attend meetings with the team.
• Ability to add English subtitles to the videos.

Submission criteria:

Companies who meet the needed background and are interested in implementing the video production for the campaigns must send the below mentioned requirements for applying.

• Technical offer must include:

• Company overview and experience in English with resumes for the team. (Resumes with a personal picture or any distinctive sign will not be considered).
• Applicants must specify the equipment’s and tool to be used in the video shooting, to shoot inside and outside the taxi and for social media campaign.
• Price offer should be drafted in English and submitted in ILS. All taxes and promotion fees must be included in the final price. (Please provide us with 2 separate price offers for each item requested).
• Price offer should be signed, stamped, scanned and send to the following email address: [email protected]

Notes: 

REFORM has the right to ask for amendments on the editing of the video. 

REFORM will provide the winning company the content of the videos during the implementation of the project.

Promote the videos on social media (REFORM’s Facebook page).

Company must submit a first draft of the video that will be subject to any amendments/ modifications from REFORM.

Payments will be made upon deliverables.

The event is expected to take place during April and May 2020. 

Final version on the 7 previously mentioned videos must be delivered to REFORM on a flash memory.

Announcement fees for the quotation will be paid by the bid winning company.

REFORM is not obliged to accept offers with the lowest price. 

Shooting will be in West bank area (Districts will be specified later).

Invoice should be made under the name of “the Palestinian Association for Empowerment and Local Development – REFORM”.
