SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR PANELS IN DESALINATION PLANTS OPERATED IN GAZA STRIP

Action Against Hunger – Palestinian Territory (Gaza Strip) intends to award a supply & works Contract for the Supply and Installation of solar panels in desalination plants operated in the GAZA STRIP
* Gaza bidders: Eligible contractors must be either registered with the Gaza Chamber of Commerce & Industry or with the Contractors Union. A Contractor with Minimum 3rd degree specialized in electromechanical works specialized in Installation of PV Solar energy systems and valid registration certificates can participate in this bid.

Rasheed Street, Abo Ghalioun Building 2, 6th Floor. Gaza
Open Hours: 8 am-4 pm (Gaza time) from Sunday until Thursday.
Bidding documents can be collected from above source from December 19th, 2020 11:00 AM until January 3rd 2021 15:00 PM. The contractor must come to the office with the stamp and the contractor union classification certificate.
Eligible Contractors must include a 6,800 EURO bank guarantee valid for 90 days starting from the date of submission; personal cheques will not be accepted.
Site visit and pre-bid meeting are mandatory for all contractors participating in the biding process to attend at the specified time in the tender document.
The deadline for submission of bids by the contractors is 14th of January 2021 at 11:00 (Gaza time)
Action Against Hunger does not bind itself to award the bid to the lowest bid or any bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the bid.
The awarding of this contract will be upon the confirmation of the funding from the donor.
The winning company should pay the advertisement fees in the newspaper and on the website.
