The Trade Facilitation and Customs Support Programme (Tasdeer) is an official program of the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), Contract No. PO10054, and is being carried out in West Bank and Gaza. The objective of Tasdeer programme is to improve the Palestinian private sector competitiveness and the PA’s capacity in the fields of trade, customs and import policy regulation and administration.

Request for Quotations TFCS- 024-087: “Material required for the Supply and Installation of a 29 kWp-60kWn Hybrid Solar Power System” in Tubas - Aqqaba

The TASDEER programme aims to increase sustainable private sector led economic growth and job creation in the Occupied Palestinian Territories, including the West Bank and the Gaza Strip and the PA’s fiscal sustainability while ensuring equitable access to increased trade, and improved institutional capacity.

Tasdeer, is seeking offers from qualified solar energy companies to provide material and install of a 29 kWp-60kWn Hybrid Solar Power System” in Tubas - Aqqaba

Eligible companies must meet the following criteria:

- Be a specialized and registered solar energy company.

- Submit a detailed company profile and samples of previous projects including experience in designing and installing solar energy systems for industrial companies.

- Demonstrate an annual revenue of at least USD 1 million for the past three years in solar projects.

A bidding committee will evaluate all submissions based on Financial & technical offers. The committee reserves the right to waive the lowest financial bid and may cancel or postpone the bidding process without providing reasons.

* Interested companies can obtain the RFQ’s by sending a request to: [email protected], before: 4:00 pm Sunday – July 7th, 2024.

* A site visit to the installation location will be arranged on Wednesday - July 03, 2024, at 11:00.

* Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of these RFQ’s may be submitted by email to [email protected] no later than 3:00 pm Monday - July 08, 2024. Questions must be submitted in writing; phone calls will not be accepted.

* Technical & Financial offers must be submitted to Tasdeer No later than Sunday - July 14, 2024, at 3:00 pm
