SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION OF SPARE PARTS FOR COASTAL MUNICIPALITIES WATER UTILITY (CMWU) IN KHAN YUNIS CITY.

Action Against Hunger – Palestinian Territory (Gaza Strip) intends to award a supply & distribution Contract for the SPARE PARTS for Coastal Municipalities Water Utility (CMWU) stores in Khan Yunis city.

* Gaza bidders: Eligible Suppliers must be either registered with the Gaza Chamber of Commerce & Industry or with the Palestinian Contractors’ Union. A supplier has the capacity to supply the spare parts according to the technical specifications and estimated quantities after the acceptance of AAH technical staff can participate in this bid.

Bidding documents can be collected from above source from October 19th, 2021 09:00 AM until October 28th 2021 16:00 PM. The contractor must send contractor union classification certificate. 

Eligible suppliers must include bank guarantee equal to 5% of the proposed offer’s amount for each lot in euros valid for 90 days starting from the date of submission; personal cheques will not be accepted.

Pre-bid meeting is not mandatory for all contractors participating in the biding process to attend at the specified time in the tender document. 

The deadline for submission of bids by the suppliers is 8th of November 2021 at 12:00 PM (Gaza time)

Action Against Hunger does not bind itself to award the bid to the lowest bid or any bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the bid.

The awarding of this contract will be upon the confirmation of the funding from the donor.

The winning company should pay the advertisement fees in the local newspaper and on the website.
