Special Education\ Intellectual Disability Expert
Teacher Creativity Centre – Ramallah (TCC), a Palestinian non-governmental organization, is implementing “Towards an Inclusive Environment” project which is funded by IM.
TCC is seeking a competitive offer from an expert personnel \Expert organization to conduct a training package and follow up for the project “Towards an Inclusive Environment”.
The expert must have the demonstrable knowledge, capability and capacity to carry out the scope of work of this assignment. He/she\organization must have the capacity and experience to develop a comprehensive training package for the project target groups, using scientific tools and able to visit the target groups in the northern areas.
The expert should submit a Technical and Financial Proposal for carrying out scope of work of this training and supervision assignment. The proposal should comply with the Terms of Reference (TOR) of this assignment as described below.
