Preparation of a Study on Improving Water and Energy Efficiency in Water and Wastewater Facilities in the West Bank – Phase (I)

The Palestinian Hydrology Group (PHG) invites qualified consultant(s)/firm(s) to provide professional consulting services to prepare a study on improving water and energy efficiency in water and wastewater facilities in the West Bank – Phase (I) within the framework of the project “Improving Water and Energy Efficiency in Water and Wastewater Facilities within the West Bank - Occupied Palestinian Territories (oPt)” funded by the Ajuntament de València through the Asamblea de Cooperación por la Paz (ACPP).

Qualified Consultant(s)/Firm(s) interested in this opportunity are invited to request the complete Terms of Reference (TOR) from PHG by emailing [email protected]. A non-refundable fee of NIS 150 will be required, payable upon submission of the offer at the Palestinian Hydrology Group headquarters in Ramallah.

Submissions for this proposal are provided in one copy and placed within two sealed envelopes, separately for the Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. The Consultant(s)/Firm(s) name and address must be clearly printed on each envelope, marked "Professional consulting services – PHG/Valencia23 project," and delivered no later than 12:00 noon on June 23, 2024. The envelopes should be addressed as follows:

PHG Headquarter Office: Palestine, Ramallah, Al-Masyoun neighborhood, 21 Emil Habibi Street, Al Manar Commercial Center 2nd floor.

Tenders will be opened shortly thereafter at 12.30pm. The tenderer or authorized representative may be present at the opening.

Late tenders will not be considered in any circumstances.

PHG reserves the right to cancel this RFP in its entirely or partially without defraying any cost incurred by Consultant(s)/Firm(s).
