Sealed offers are to be submitted to the UNICEF Office in Gaza before 21 December 2022, 15:00 hrs. Jerusalem time.

Please fill out the QUOTATION FORM in the bid (page # 4) and enclosed it with your offer.

Prices should be in Israeli Shekels (NIS) excluding VAT.

The bidders should submit one sealed envelope for the offer.

For technical and Financial offers: It is mandatory to submit digitalized documents (on USB Flash Disk, or CD) for the offer (hard copies will not be accepted).

Please don't include or mention any prices or financial information in your technical offer (file)

Please, strictly use the attached annexes B & C for your technical and financial offers respectively (You may additionally submit detailed technical and financial offers)

Please send catalogs and technical data sheets for the offered items.

Please check Annex D for more information and pictures.

Deadline for receipt of clarification: Thursday, 15.12.2022

The validity of offers should be at least 120 days from submitting the offers.

Please indicate the expected delivery date, origin, manufacturer, brand name, and model code for the products.
