Invitation to Bid

Human Appeal UK would like to establish an agreement to Supply and Install Solar System for Hassan El-Nakhala School, as detailed in the tender document. 

The schedule of tender process is as follows: 

Human Appeal UK invites qualified companies with related experience to submit their bids based on following terms and conditions:

1. Bidder must be a registered company with the ability to issue formal invoices.

2. Bidder must be registered by the Palestinian Ministry of National Economy.

3. Bids should be valid for a period of 60 calendar days after the submission deadline.

4. Bids must be in Euro currency and price, Zero VAT.

5. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security with a value of 5% of the bid amount in EURO currency and shall be valid for a period of 28 days after the bid validity period a bank recognised by the Palestinian Monitory Authority.

6. Bid Opening will take place immediately after submission deadline. Bidders who submitted offers ONLY are welcomed to attend the open session of bids opening at HA UK office in Gaza 

7. The winning bidder shall cover the cost of advertising for this bid.

8. HA reserves the right to reject or accept any bid without giving any reason.

9. HA reserves the right to delete, increase and decrease any item without giving any reason.

10. HA reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities up to 25% without any changes in the unit price.  

11. HA UK is not bound to accept the lowest price.

12. Bidders shall not submit more than one bid as part of this Invitation to Bid.
