For technical proposal: the bidder should submit, technical specifications, datasheets, and pictures for all items included in the bid and any other relevant attachments. Besides. It is mandatory to submit digitalized documents (on USB Flash Disk, or CD) for the technical proposal.

Do not mention any financial information for any item in your technical proposal. Any technical file that has financial information will not be considered for technical evaluation.

For the financial proposal, the supplier only can use Annex B: Pricing sheet provided with this bid (Excel sheet). The bidder needs to fill the excel sheet, then, sign and stamp. It is mandatory to submit digitalized documents (on USB Flash Disk, or CD) for the financial proposal.

Additionally, it is important to quote a realistic delivery Leadtime as this procurement is bound by a time-constrained funding source.

Prices should be in Israeli Shekels (NIS) excluding VAT.

All products should be inspected by the receiving officer/s before issuing the final invoice.

The validity of offers should be for 120 days.

Where possible UNICEF is requesting bid validity of up to 12 months for any additional quantities other than specified in this tender.

The Incoterms will be DAP – Ministry of Health - Gaza
