Three Quotation procedure 

for 

“Supply Drinking Water Bottles for emergency interventions across the West Bank”

WeWorld NGO, active in 27 countries, intends to launch a three Quotation procedure in the framework of multiple projects funded by multiple Donors, It is expected that the Donors will establish the final amount of the grant and will liquidate it to WeWorld on completion of the operation based on the expenses presented and declared eligible. No party other than WeWorld shall derive any right from the grant or have any claim to its proceeds. Under no circumstances or for no reason whatsoever will the Donor entertain any request for indemnity or payment directly submitted by the humanitarian organisation’s Vendors.  

The subject of this 3Q procedure is to supply water bottles of the following project: 

Supply Drinking Water Bottles for emergency interventions across the West Bank 

The full ITB (Invitation to Bid) package will be available via email only, upon request, to the following email address: [email protected] . 

The ITB can be requested from 12/09/2024 to 17/09/2024 by 02:00 PM (OPT time).

Documentation Required:

Financial Offer 

Bottled water subject to the specifications and standards of Palestine Standards Institution 

Submit number of trucks and vans available for delivery across the West Bank along with the licenses. 

At least 5 previous contracts with NGOs/ UN for the purchase and delivery of bulk quantities of water bottles across the West Bank.

Bids sent after the deadline will not be considered.
