Middle East Council of Churches Committee (MECC) is part of the Department of Service to the Palestine Refugees who took refuge in the Gaza Strip following the establishment of Israel in 1948, and it was founded in 1952 as an integral part of the Palestinian Society and culture and operates with support from the churches, ecumenical and secular organizations to provide humanitarian aid and contributing to an overall improvement in living conditions and to poverty alleviation, as its work has rested on respecting the humanity and dignity of those whom it helps and on adherence to clear transparency and accountability standards.

MECC is inviting registered and eligible companies to submit their bids to supply Hygiene Kits in South and North Gaza in accordance with the terms and specifications mentioned in the tender documents.
