Mercy Corps, a non-profit, non-governmental international humanitarian and development organization invites Eligible and registered fuel stations in Jerusalem, to submit their Intent to Bid for qualifying them to participate in a Master Agreement process.

Mercy Corps intends to sign a long-term master agreement for the duration of 24 months, with eligible and certified fuel stations, interested bidders shall receive the Intent to Bid form electronically and in hard copy starting form 3 October 2022, through the following link:

OR

By attending to Mercy Corps Ramallah office located at Al Bardouni Building, sixth floor, procurement department to receive the ITB form in hard copy

Companies that don’t complete and submit the ITB form, according below deadline, will be ineligible from participating in the tender at a later stage.

The following conditions apply:

• · The last date for receiving and submitting the ITB form is, Monday 10 October 2022, before 15:00 Palestine Time
• · Registered fuel stations in the official quarters, located in Jerusalem
• · The company should have the capability for providing the fuel and have the previous experience for that.
• · The company should be an authorized dealer having VAT/ Tax registration. Tax/VAT Registration Certificate

2. Hard copy, in a sealed envelope to Mercy Corps office according to the above-mentioned address
