PURPOSE OF THIS RFP
Oxfam is planning to develop a web-based system to transform the current GBV service directory developed by GBV sub-cluster into a digital one, that provides an online user-friendly, client centered platform. Oxfam is seeking to commission a consultant or a firm to conduct System Requirements Analysis for “Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Service Directory Web-Based System”, accordingly, Oxfam invites your submission of proposals to provide Oxfam, within their requirements, for the mentioned services as per the conditions and requirements detailed in this Request For Proposal (RFP).

The deadline for submission of proposals is 24th August 2022 at 01:00 PM upon conditions in the RFP dossier.
Proposals shall be sent before the deadline indicated in the above timetable. Responses must only be sent to ([email protected]) without coping any other email addresses. Any proposals sent through other channels will not be considered.
Proposal shall be sent in 2 separate files - PDF format - (one for Technical Proposal and one for Price Proposal).
