About Palestinian Federation of Industries (PFI)  

PFI represents the Palestinian industrial sector through its sixteen specialized industrial unions; PFI plays a key role in the development of economic policies and enhancing of a business environment in Palestine. The specialized industrial unions are the main entities in developing industrial establishments and working toward supporting their interest.

The Palestinian Industrial sectors represented by PFI include the industrial unions of food, construction, stone and marble, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, metal and engineering, textiles and garments, leather, paper and packaging, handicrafts, plastic, wood and furniture, precious metal, renewable energy and Aluminum. The industrial sector in Palestine includes about 20,000 registered companies in the West Bank and Gaza in which the industrial unions serve their members toward the objective of supporting a competitive industry.

About Program 

 Palestinian Federation of Industries tend to implement a group of training workshops funded by Friedrich Naumann Foundation (FNF) in Ramallah and Hebron. () employees from 40 different privet sector companies will be trained, in partnership with sub unions based on a certain criterion to raise their efficiency and ability to deal with the difficult circumstances and current challenges.
