Subject: Tender- Devices for Social Initiatives

The Palestinian Association for Empowerment and Local Development—REFORM is looking for Devices for Social Initiatives supplier.

Interested companies shall submit their offers latest by Thursday, 17.10.2024 before 15:00 pm.

Attached is the TOR.

Submission criteria:

Technical offer 40%

Compliance with the requested requirements 20%

Delivery period and availability in stock 20%

Financial offer 60%

Notes:

Confirmation of the vendor’s ability to issue separate VAT invoices and ZERO VAT invoices.

REFORM is not obliged to choose the lowest price.

The company must have the items in stock and deliver items based on REFORM’s Request to the following addresses and must cover delivery fees:

Beit Aula- Hebron: Microphone set with transmitter, Large speaker for shows, and Mixer/ Amplifier

Balata Camp- Nablus: Camera, tripod, voice recorder, zoom recorder, wireless microphone, wireless charger, stage mixer.

The company must deliver the devices on time.

Maintenance must be provided for any problems.

More than one supplier can be chosen.

The price should include the delivery and installation.

Offers will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
