TRAINING OF TECHNICAL STAFFS ON THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE WASH-IN-HEALTH FACILITIES.

Action Against Hunger (AAH) is an international humanitarian organization founded in 1979 with the aim of combating hunger. AAH has been working in the occupied Palestinian territory since 2002 - currently with operational offices in Jerusalem, Gaza City, and Hebron. In Gaza, AAH - implements programs in the sectors of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Promotion (WASH), Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL responses. Through its interventions, AAH aims to protect lives, promote capacities of Palestinian communities, and transform system to influence decision making.

AAH is proposing to assign a specialized consultant with experience about the situation of WASH services and components in the public health facilities including previous experience in assessment, capacity building and proven experience in the different aspects including design, operation and maintenance of WASH services and components in the public health facilities in Gaza Strip.

Action Against Hunger – Palestinian Territory (Gaza Strip) intends to award an external consultant to conduct a training to building the capacity of different O&M staff working in health facilities. This includes assessing, identifying the gaps and needs related to O&M of the different WASH facilities.  The training will target 52 trainees involved in operating and maintaining the WASH facilities in the targeted hospitals and PHCs in the Gaza Strip. Capacity building training covering different WASH technical topics and the related IPC guidelines, regulations, and procedures

The deadline for submission of offers by the companies is 5th of September 2021 at 12:00 PM (Gaza time)

Action Against Hunger does not bind itself to award the bid to the lowest bid or any bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the bid.

The winning company should pay the advertisement fees in the newspaper and on the website.
