Training on operations and maintenance in health care facilities
Project overview
This project, funded by the Humanitarian Fund, aims to provide adequate and safe access to water, hygiene and sanitation (WASH) services for marginalized communities of the H2 area of Hebron by supporting health care facilities. As a part of the project, ACTED will provide capacity building and training on operation and maintenance (O&M) for the staff of the 7 health care facilities in the H2 area of Hebron city. In total, it is expected that around 30 workers will participate in the training. The basic focus of the training is to ensure that the relevant staff is well equipped to operate and maintain the WASH facilities inside the health care facilities. Towards this end, ACTED is seeking to hire an experienced professional to provide training on the maintenance of the water and sanitation facilities, and hygiene and environmental cleaning topics. The training will be conducted over 2 days in the Ministry of Health Hebron Office. To facilitate and lead the activity, applications are open for an external specialist.
