Call for transportation services offers in Gaza

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

Handicap International is running its projects under the new name of Humanity & Inclusion (HI). Outraged by the injustice faced by people with disabilities and by vulnerable populations, we aspire to a world of solidarity and inclusion, enriched by our differences, where everyone can live in dignity. HI is an international, independent and impartial non-profit organization that intervenes in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflict and disaster. Working alongside people with disabilities and vulnerable populations, HI takes action and takes notice, to meet their basic needs, improve their living conditions and promote respect for their dignity and fundamental rights.

HI in Occupied Palestinian Territory (oPt):

Since 1996, HI has implemented various actions with local partners in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. In a territory beset by chronic crises, political instability, and a declining economic and social situation since the second intifada in 2000, HI aims to respond to the needs of persons with disabilities and to make structural improvements to their lives.

Call for transportation services offers in Gaza

Handicap International/Humanity & Inclusion with its Atlas Logistique (HI/AL) project, proposes to provide free road transportation services to humanitarian organisations delivering aid in Gaza. To this end, HI/AL launches a call for open and continuous quotations for the provision of transport services in the whole of Gaza.

HI/AL intends to award contracts to qualified suppliers for truck chartering services on the basis of transport requests from its humanitarian services partners.

General Instructions

Offers should be submitted by origin, destination, type of truck (delivery van, flatbed truck, refrigerated truck, etc), payload.

 HI في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة
منذ عام 1996، نفذت HI العديد من الأنشطة بالتعاون مع شركاء محليين في الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة. في مناطق تعاني من الأزمات المزمنة، وعدم الاستقرار السياسي، وتدهور الأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية منذ الانتفاضة الثانية عام 2000، تهدف HI إلى الاستجابة لاحتياجات الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وإجراء تحسينات على حياتهم.

دعوة لتقديم عروض خدمات النقل في غزة
تقوم منظمة Handicap International / Humanity & Inclusion من خلال مشروع Atlas Logistique (HI/AL) بتقديم خدمات النقل البري المجانية للمنظمات الإنسانية التي تقدم المساعدات في غزة. بناءً عليه، تطلق HI/AL دعوة لتقديم عروض مفتوحة ومستمرّة لتوفير خدمات النقل في جميع أنحاء غزة.
تنوي HI/AL منح عقود للموردين المؤهلين لخدمات تأجير الشاحنات بناءً على طلبات النقل من شركائها في الخدمات الإنسانية.

التعليمات العامة
يجب تقديم العروض حسب الأصل، الوجهة، نوع الشاحنة (شاحنة توصيل، شاحنة مسطحة، شاحنة مبردة، إلخ)، وطاقة التحميل.
يجب إرسال العروض إلى البريد الإلكتروني [email protected] قبل 31 مارس 2025 بنهاية الدوام.
