PalVision is conducting the Jerusalem Youth Agents of Change (Phase II) project that aims at upskilling East Jerusalem youth in the field of advocacy and lobbying. An activity of this project is conducting 4 advocacy and lobbying campaigns to different countries of the European Union. PalVision is seeking a travel agency that can help organize, book and provide logistical services for when the youth of Jerusalem conduct advocacy trips to Europe.

Four advocacy missions are expected to take place to 4 countries in Europe: Belgium, France, Italy, and Germany. One in September/October 2024, and the rest in 2025. East of the advocacy missions will include 6 participants, in addition to 2 members from PalVision, and will last between 7 and 10 days.

Required expertise and qualifications, including language:
 

• Company profile
• No less than 3 years of experience in the travel industry, administration, and management.
• Company registration.
• ZeroTax Invoice.
• Valid deduction at source.
• Evaluation will be made on the basis of 80% weight for the technical offer and experience and 20% for the price offer
