Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit, and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps is seeking a supplier to purchase Two Sedan Vehicles for USAID PYE program, for Mercy Corps Jerusalem office, with the following specifications:

• US manufactured with certificate of origin to be provided
• Engine capacity 2000 cc (petrol powered engine)
• Automatic Transmission
• Color of the vehicle: silver metallic
• Automatic Air Conditioning
• Fabric seats
• Power assisted steering wheel with cruise control
• Alloy wheels
• Delivery time of vehicles: maximum two months from signing the contract
• Minimum factory warranty of three years

 Mercy Corps is seeking qualified providers with a proven background in this area.

The following conditions apply:

• The company must be registered in the official quarter, and authorized dealer
• Prices must include VAT, and company must provide official invoice
• Intent to Bid form “ITB “can be obtained through this ITB LINK , starting from 8 May 2022 
• ITB to be submitted to email address: [email protected] or in hard copy to Mercy Corps Jerusalem office, opposite to Augusta Victoria 
• Interested bidders who will submit complete ITB, will have access to the Tender Package

Intent to Bid must be submitted by Saturday 14 May 2022 before 15:00 at local time 

Only tenders submitted in prescribed form and deadlines will be considered. Only legally registered firms will be considered.
