Call for -Tender for U.S Manufactured Vehicle Rental Service up to 12 months duration

Mercy Corps, a non-profit, non-governmental international humanitarian and development organization invites all related Authorized /Registered companies to participate in the following Tenders:

MAR 026 – U.S Vehicle Rental Service 

The following conditions apply:

• Registered companies in the official quarters for vehicles rental service.
• The company should have the capability for providing this service and have the previous experience for that. 
• The company should be an authorized dealer having VAT/ Tax registration. Tax/VAT Registration Certificate copies should be provided.
• The company should attach valid registration & official license documents from the local authorities.
• Prices shall include VAT, and the supplier must provide ZERO VAT invoices. 
• Tender can be obtained from “Mercy Corps office located in Gaza City, Al Motaz Building # 3, Al Thalathini St., Procurement Department:, starting from 22 December 2021
• Tender submission should be made by 4 January 2022 before 15:00, the tender submission should be made in sealed envelope to Mercy Corps office as per the above address. 
• The documents will be opened and reviewed by Mercy Corps committee only.
• The committee is not obligated to contract with the lowest prices.
• Submit Questions in writing to E-mail ps-[email protected] before 28 December 2021, 13:00.
