Oxfam is requesting competitive proposals from qualified firms or individual consultants interested in a research exploring Water-Energy-Food (WEF) investment opportunities in the Gaza Strip. Such investment opportunities could be applicable either for humanitarian and development actors, public sector, private sector or a joint, multi-stakeholders investment.
Please note, when reviewing proposals, Oxfam will consider both technical and financial evaluation for the received proposals, while the technical assessment will have some killing factors that will include or exclude your proposal from the financial evaluation.
