Lapis Group has recently won an award from Education Above All to design and launch Youm Jadeed, an education focused project for Palestine. Lapis Group is a recognized leader in media, communication, and education, with decades of experience in producing high-quality educational content and strategic communications. About the Project

Youm Jadeed (New Day) is an educational and psychosocial support initiative designed for Palestinian children aged 7-11. This project, funded by Education Above All, leverages radio, social media and other digital platforms to mitigate harm associated with the educational gap caused by ongoing conflict and provide psychosocial support and resources for children and caretakers. Over the coming 7 months the program aims to develop and broadcast 90 packages of educational content that include a radio program and supplementary audio-visual material for broadcast over FM and online streaming. This will be complemented by a robust multi-platform dissemination and community engagement strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience of web design/development
• Proven experience in the development of secure websites and sensitive data management.
• Strong experience in developing in well-known and widely used Laravel framework
• Understanding of end users needs to match with adequate technical solutions.
• Strong track record in web site design; security and administration;

Applicants must submit their technical and financial proposals according to the following specifications and conditions:

Technical Proposal should include:

• The experience of the agency and its key personnel for the project
• Similar designs should be provided with the proposal

Financial Proposal should include:

• Prices in Dollars and include VAT, official invoices should be provided.
• Terms of payments and time spam for delivery.

General Conditions:

• The evaluation of the tenders will be based on technical and financial proposal.
• The company is not obliged by the lowest prices.
