SUBJECT: West Bank Water Wells Needs Assessment for Operational Maintenance and Rehabilitation Works

Reference Number: Request for Proposal UNDP-PAL-00075

The United Nations Development Programme / Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/PAPP) would like to invite eligible companies to submit their offers/proposals for conducting a Needs Assessment, fully described in the bidding documents.

If you already have a supplier profile, please login to the Supplier Portal (http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org), then search for the negotiation using the reference number UNDP-PAL-00075, following the instructions in the user guide.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. Bid Submission deadline appearing on UNDP Oracle Quantum Portal will be FINAL and prevail on any other deadline appearing on other websites.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
