WHO- Trauma and Emergency Care Programme
The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) is commissioning an external evaluation of its contribution to WHO in oPt., namely Trauma and Emergency Care Programme-Strengthening the Trauma System in Gaza – Phase 2
The objectives of the external evaluation, as well as the guiding questions are detailed in the attached Terms of Reference.
Clarifications and questions can be received in writing only until January 20th, 2023 to the following email: [email protected]. The answers to all questions will be shared with all applicants.
Applicants are required to submit the following documents (maximum 5 pages in total):
- Detailed technical proposal including the evaluation criteria and relevant questions and indicators, the methodology and tools.
- Detailed work schedule with a breakdown of the work to be executed in all the phases.
- A detailed budget for each phase.
- Curriculum Vitae of the Evaluation Team.
All documents must be submitted in English. Applications with the above details should be sent by January 27th, 2023 to the following email address: [email protected]; The email must mention “WHO- Trauma and Emergency Care Programme ” in the subject line.
The selected evaluation team will be informed on by early February 2023.
