Works for maintenance and rehabilitation of WASH facilities in 9 schools located in the West Bank,

Hebron and Ramallah Governorates

Cesvi is an international NGO, with headquarters in Italy, operating in Palestine. Cesvi has received grants from SDC (Swiss Development Cooperation) and AICS (Italian Agency for Development Cooperation) for the implementation of the following operations:

-DPSE041 Project “Hands4health: hand hygiene, water quality and sanitation in primary health care and schools not connected to functional water supply systems” funded by SDC under contract 7F-l 0345.03.01: a comprehensive approach towards hand hygiene, water quality and sanitation in healthcare facilities and schools to implement low-cost and resource-efficient WASH interventions

-DPSE048 Project “PASSI Protection, water, Health and Hygiene for vulnerable population in Area C” funded by AICS under contract AID 12273/01/0/CESVI/AREAC/3, aiming to support vulnerable communities by distribution of WASH systems at HH level, within public institutions, and improvement of public water network

In the frame of the mentioned projects, Cesvi invites interested bidders to present a quotation for the procurement of the works for maintenance and rehabilitation of WASH facilities in 9 schools located in the West Bank, Hebron and Ramallah Governorates.

Works are divided into 2 lots:

LOT 1 – 1 SCHOOL IN RAMALLAH GOVERNORATE

LOT 2 – 8 SCHOOLS IN HEBRON GOVERNORATE

Interested bidders may apply for a single lot or for both lots and should pursue the following bidding conditions:

1. Registration at the VAT and Customs Departments and certificate of financial clearance

2. Registration with the Palestinian Union of Contractors: at least Class (3) minimum, Sector: Building Construction

3. Qualification requirements are presented in the bidding documents

4. Interested bidders can get the bidding documents from 20.12.2022 till 26.12.2022 during working time 9.00am -12.00pm

5. Deadline for submission of offers is 9 January 2023 at 12.00

Late bids will be rejected.

6. Bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site visit on

27 December 2022 (LOT 1 RAMALLAH GOVERNORATE), 9.00am at Al Huda Gas station Ramallah Beit El

28 December 2022 (LOT 2 HEBRON GOVERNORATE), 9.00am at Cesvi office Halhul

7. Bids will be opened on 10.01.2023 at 10.00am at Halhul Women Association Halhul. Bidders can attend.

The language of the procedure is English.
