Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps is Inviting qualified suppliers to participate in a tender for the timely provision of emergency relief food and non-food items.

تدعو مؤسسة Mercy Corps الموردين المؤهلين للمشاركة في مناقصة لتوفير مواد الإغاثة الغذائية و لوازم النظافة الصحية و الشخصية.

The company should be an authorized dealer having VAT/ Tax registration in Egypt AND Jordan OR Palestine. Tax/VAT Registration Certificate copies should be provided.

يجب أن يكون للشركة تسجيل في الضريبة في مصر و الاردن او فلسطين. ينبغي تقديم نسخة من شهادة التسجيل الضريبي/ضريبة القيمة المضافة.

If you are interested in submitting a bid, you will need to complete an Intent to Bid Form and submit it according to the guidelines below:

1. The suppliers can download the Intent to Bid Form on this link docs.google.com/document
2. Intend to Bid Form can be picked up at Mercy Corps office in Ramallah, Al Bardouni Building, Procurement office, 5th Floor.

Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps by 26 June 2024, before 13:00 in one of the below methods.

1. Email completed Intent to Bid Form to [email protected] with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line [ITB - RML-MAR19]
2. Return completed Intent to Bid Form in person and put in the Tender Box placed at Mercy Corps office Ramallah, Al Bardouni Building, Procurement office, 5th Floor. The Tender Reference number should be written in the envelop.

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for bid will be sent to the service providers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Bid will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.
