Selecting a Film Production Company
1.Background
The Palestinian Non-Governmental Organizations Network (PNGO) is composed of the leading and older NGOs in Palestine. It is the largest umbrella network consisting of 140 national NGOs in both the West Bank and Gaza Strip, which works in different development and humanitarian arenas. It is a civil and democratic gathering which strives to support, consolidate and strengthen Palestinian civil society, based on the principles of democracy, social justice and rule of law.
In light of the increasing complexities and challenges in humanitarian crises, effective advocacy is crucial for influencing policy changes, securing resources, and ensuring that the needs of affected populations are met. Therefore, PNGO is seeking for a film production company, to produce a series of 4-5 short films (2-3 min) each, under the title of "Voices of Resilience: Palestinian NGOs in Marginalized Areas" that document and highlight the critical role of Palestinian NGOs in enhancing the resilience of communities living in marginalized areas, particularly in the West Bank. The films will explore themes such as community resilience, human rights advocacy, women and youth empowerment, cultural preservation, and environmental sustainability.
Objective
The objective of this ToR is to select a qualified and experienced film production company (not individuals), that will be responsible for the production of the short films. The selected company will work closely with the project team to bring the concept to life, ensuring that the films effectively communicate the intended messages and reach the local and global audience.
All documents should be delivered by hand to PNGO Office in a closed stamped envelope no later that September,12th, 2024 until 3:00 pm.
