Agricultural Development Association (PARC) is soliciting Engineering Consultancy Services through the project (Greening the Palestinian Economy). The project is funded by EU, and implemented by PARC. The bid will be submitted by closed and sealed envelope, according to the following conditions:

1. The applicant should have previous experience in similar work.
2. Agricultural development association is not obliged to accept the lowest prices and has the right to postpone, cancel, extend bid without explanation.
3. Local consultants (Engineers) are eligible to participate in this bid.
4. Eligible Candidates can obtain quotation request documents by visit PARC website on the URL: www.pal-arc.org/tenders after fill the required fields.
5. Candidates should be submitted their proposals by hand no later than (2:00 PM), on Tuesday (06/10/2020) to the address: Ramallah – The Palestinian Legislative Council Roundabout - Al-Ma’ahed Street – Behind Casablanca Hotel – PARC building – First Floor.
