Mercy Corps, a non-profit, non-governmental international humanitarian and development organization invites all related Authorized /Registered companies to participate in the following Tenders:

MAR-005-Emergency-Food Kit توريد طرود غذائية
MAR-006-Emergency-Non Food Kit (Hygiene items) توريد طرود صحية
MAR-007-Emergency-Blanket Mattresses توريد بطانيات وفرشات

The following conditions apply:

The supplier must be registered in the official quarters.
The company should be an authorized dealer having VAT/ Tax registration. Tax/VAT Registration Certificate copies should be provided
Prices must be ZERO VAT, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat invoices.
The company should be based in Gaza.
Tender documents can be obtained starting from Wednesday 31 January 2018 during official working hours, from 8:00 AM to 04:00 PM at Mercy Corps’ Office addresses as follows:
Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Talatini Street, , Abu Mutaz #3 Building.
Tenders submission should be made before Wednesday 7 February 2018 no later than 12:00 pm to Mercy Corps Gaza office according to the above mentioned address

The Company must provide the chain of custody documents to ensure the purchased items are legally imported through legally crossings into Gaza.
The documents will be opened and reviewed by Mercy Corps committee.
The committee is not obligated to contract with the lowest prices.
